When you place an order or use our site, you’re agreeing to these Terms. This agreement includes your order details and these Terms together.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us.

3. Website Use

  • Sometimes our website may link to other sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
  • Make sure your use of our site follows local laws.
  • Protect your device when browsing—we’re not responsible for viruses or damage caused by your connection.

4. Pricing

  • Prices on our site may change without notice.
  • Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
  • Very rarely, prices may display incorrectly due to system issues. Please contact us if you’re unsure—we’ll confirm the correct price.
  • We reserve the final say on pricing if there’s a mistake.

5. Product Information

  • Product details and specifications may change without notice, but we won’t change them for your order once it’s confirmed.
  • Product sizes, weights, and images are approximate.

6. Orders

  • You place an order by following the checkout steps. Once we confirm by email, your order is received.
  • We mainly communicate via email, so make sure your contact details are correct.
  • We can cancel an order at any time before shipping. If this happens, you’ll get a full refund.
  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by internet or system issues.
  • If you give us the wrong delivery address, redelivery fees may apply.
  • If an item turns out to be out of stock after payment, we’ll notify you and refund you.

7. Payment

  • Payments are processed as soon as you confirm your order.
  • If your payment triggers a security check, we may ask for more details before shipping. If not provided within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If there’s a pricing error:
    • If the correct price is higher, we’ll ask if you want to continue or cancel.
    • If it’s lower, you’ll be charged the lower price and still get your item.

8. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver quickly, but sometimes delays happen outside our control.
  • Dispatch dates are estimates only. If a delay is more than 1 week, we’ll let you know and you can cancel before shipping for a refund.
  • We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
  • If you allow delivery without a signature, insurance won’t apply.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
  • Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier.
  • We may not ship to remote or rural areas.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our warranty policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
  • Refunds or store credits may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • To return an item, contact us through our Contact Us page and follow staff directions.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, and in resalable condition unless faulty.
  • You’re responsible for safe return shipping unless the product is too large or difficult to return because of a fault.
  • We’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

11. Warranties

  • All products come with a 60-day standard warranty.
  • Some products may offer extended warranties, available for purchase up to 14 days after delivery.
  • We’ll keep spare parts for a reasonable time, usually matching the warranty period.

12. Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • loss of income or profits
  • contracts lost
  • indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

13. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website belongs to www.accessoryzone.com.au. You can’t copy, modify, or distribute anything without permission.

14. Privacy

We collect and use your data to process orders and may send you updates about products. You can request access to or correction of your data in writing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

15. Other Important Info

  • We may update these Terms at any time, with changes applying to future orders only.
  • If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
  • Delays or not enforcing a rule doesn’t mean we give up our rights.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • No employee or agent can change these Terms without written approval.
