Shipping Policy

• We strive to ensure that all Products are delivered promptly and on time. However, sometimes shipping or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. AccessoryZone is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such delays.

• The dispatch date listed on our Website is an estimated date, based on reasonable expectations. If a Product’s dispatch is delayed by more than one week, we will notify Customers via the email address provided in their Order. Customers may cancel their Order and receive a refund in line with our Returns Policy at any time before the Product is dispatched.

• AccessoryZone does not deliver Products to PO Box addresses.

• If a Customer provides written permission for Products to be delivered without a signature, any insurance coverage included will be void.

• Our nominated couriers or postal services will deliver Products during local business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

• AccessoryZone is not responsible for delivery times. Once Products are dispatched, it is the Customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with the courier (as notified) regarding the delivery date and time. We are not liable for any incorrect information provided to Customers about delivery times.

• We reserve the right not to ship to remote or rural locations.
