  • Refunds or store credits may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • To return an item, contact us through our  Contact Us page  and follow staff directions.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, and in resalable condition unless faulty.
  • You’re responsible for safe return shipping unless the product is too large or difficult to return because of a fault.
  • We’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.
